Shipping Policy for Kyiru

At Kyiru, we source our products directly from specialized manufacturers in China to provide you with the best value. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to keep prices low, but it does mean shipping takes a bit longer than domestic delivery.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is handed over to our international carrier.

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Because your order is traveling across the globe and must pass through international customs, please use the following estimates:

Note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs inspections, peak seasonal demand, and weather can impact delivery times.

 

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

Kyiru is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • 2026 Import Rules: As of 2025, the US, UK, and Canada have updated their import laws. Most items shipped from China are now subject to duties and taxes regardless of the order value.

  • Customer Responsibility: All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, VAT, GST, or brokerage fees) are the responsibility of the customer. These are usually collected by the local post office or courier before delivery.

4. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. We do this to get each item to you as fast as possible rather than waiting for the entire order to be consolidated.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may not update for 3–5 days while the package is in transit between the international warehouse and the export hub.
